RAYE Will be Gracing the State Theater on April 8th
Minneapolis is gearing up for a powerful night of new music when RAYE brings her This Tour May Contain New Music tour to the State Theatre on April 8th. The show lands just days after the release of her new album, THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE., arriving March 27 and already generating plenty of excitement.
What makes this tour even more special is that it’s truly a family project. RAYE is hitting the road with two of her younger sisters, ABSOLUTELY and Amma, who will open each night. Both are rising artists in their own right, and their inclusion makes the tour feel intimate, collaborative, and undeniably unique. It’s not often you get to see three siblings share a stage at this scale.
I had the chance to see RAYE live at a festival in the summer of ’24, going in only familiar with a couple of her biggest songs. By the end of her set, she had completely won over my friends and me. Her voice was incredible, and her presence was magnetic. She ended up being one of our favorite acts of the entire weekend, and we left as true fans.
If her Minneapolis stop captures even a fraction of that energy, this show will be one of the standout concerts of the spring. With new music, family talent, and RAYE at the top of her game, it’s a night well worth catching. I’m crossing my fingers that I get to see her again!
Although they’re spendy, there are still resale tickets available now. You can find those here!
