Olivia Dean’s The Art of Loving Live is Stopping in Minneapolis on July 29th

One of the most exciting voices in modern soul-pop is headed to Minneapolis this summer as Olivia Dean brings her The Art of Loving Live tour to the Target Center on July 29th. The London singer-songwriter has risen to the top of every chart over the last two years for her warm, jazzy blend of soul, pop, and R&B, which resonates with audiences around the world.

I think we can expect a set that includes plenty of new material with favorites like Nice to Each Other and Man I Need, as well as some throwbacks such as Dive and Messy (hopefully!). Based on the clips I’ve seen, Olivia puts on a cozy, engaging show with her powerful stage presence and emotional honesty.

Opening the show is Baby Rose, whose rich, distinctive voice and atmospheric style make her a perfect match for Olivia on the North American leg of the tour. Together, the two artists promise an evening of soulful performances and powerful storytelling.

The Minneapolis stop (as well as the whole tour!) is currently sold out, a sign of Olivia’s growing pull, though resale tickets remain available through authorized ticket marketplaces for fans still hoping to attend. For Twin Cities concertgoers, The Art of Loving Live offers a chance to catch an artist at the height of her ascent, and one of contemporary music's most captivating new stars.
