Last Dinosaurs Playing “Wellness” at Turf Club on 3/18

Australian indie band Last Dinosaurs are coming through Minneapolis, and this feels like one of those easy, fun shows to just show up to and enjoy. If you’ve heard even a couple of their songs, you already know the vibe. Light, upbeat, and the kind of indie rock that just clicks live.

Playing at the Turf Club, with doors opening at 7 p.m., this tour is a big celebration of the 10-year anniversary of their album Wellness, which really put them on the map with its upbeat indie-rock sound and infectious hooks. Alongside Wellness, they’ll be playing a bunch of tracks from their newer releases, so you’ll get a great mix of fresh energy and crowd favorites.

If you haven’t seen Last Dinosaurs live, their shows are full of that clean, jangly indie sound, with a danceable edge that keeps everyone moving. If you like bands such as Two Door Cinema Club or Phoenix, you’ll probably fall right in with Last Dinosaurs. It should be a fun, vibey show!
