GRiZ to Return to the Twin Cities for Two Nights at The Armory on 3/13 & 3/14
After a couple of years away, electro-funk artist GRiZ will be making a triumphant return to the Twin Cities for a March weekend doubleheader at The Armory. Back in 2023, GRiZ had made an announcement of an indefinite hiatus to focus on other aspects of life, and at the end of 2025 started back up playing shows. The back to back show reveal in the Twin Cities will mark GRiZ’s first time back in the Twin Cities metro proper since his headlining show at The Armory during his “Ride Waves” tour in the spring of 2019 to celebrate the drop of his then new album.
Since then, GRiZ has put out a handful of releases, including full length “Rainbow Brain,” mixtapes “Chasing the Golden Hour (Part 4)” and “Side Quest Vol. 1,” and EPs “Bangers[7].zip,” “Ouroboros,” and “GEMiNI.” Not only will fans very likely be treated to a smorgasbord of new music, the support for each night at The Armory will also be different. On March 13th, expect to see performances from EFFIN, K+LAB, and HERSHE, while on March 14th, expect to see performances from Mary Droppinz, Richard Finger, and Vyhara.
Tickets for both nights of GRiZ’s performances are still available and can be found here for both nights.
