Fox Stevenson: “Sunk Cost Fallacy” Tour Bringing Drum and Bass to Minneapolis
If you’re a fan of drum and bass, dance music, and incredible vocals woven into a live performance, you’re not going to want to miss this tour. This is shaping up to be a rad show, especially for anyone who likes feeling just as at home at a rock show as they do at a rave. Expect music that sits right in the sweet spot between melodic DnB and pop punk, incorporating live rock elements while keeping your heart racing from start to finish.
Fox Stevenson, who has gone under a few different names in the past, has firmly established himself as a true DnB icon. He’s known for getting crowds jumping at any moment, pushing his sound forward with big bass drops and surprisingly powerful vocals. You’ve likely heard a few songs off of his album “Killjoy” which took off after his massive single “Bruises”, and during his previous shows, he gets a lot of love for his dynamic sets showcasing his discography, so you’ll likely get to hear some of your favorites played!
If you’re going in expecting a DJ parked behind decks all night, you’ll be surprised. From everything I’ve heard, this’ll be a proper show- full-band moments, constant movement, high energy, and vocals throughout. Whether this is your first time seeing Fox Stevenson or you’ve been following him for years, it’s shaping up to be a great time. And as a sweet bonus, Minneapolis is the opening night of the tour, which makes this stop feel extra special, and I'm really excited to see what Stevenson is bringing on this tour!
Date of show is currently set for January 21 at the Fine Line, and you can find tickets here, and a link to my personal favorite song below! Hope to see you there!
