The Wrecks Rocking First Avenue on 5/1!

The Wrecks, a Los Angeles based alternative rock and pop band, is making a stop at First Avenue in downtown Minneapolis on their Inside: Outside Tour. Originating in 2015, this band carries some familiar sounds of indie bands from that era, especially with their top song “Favorite Liar”. The band recently signed with Lava Republic Records in 2024, and continue to release more and more music.

The band features Nick Anderson, Nick Schmidt, Aaron Kelly, and Billy Nally. The group gained fame with their first single “Favorite Liar” and launched quickly into the world of making music. Since then, they have released two albums and three EPs, the most recent one holds part of the namesake of this tour Inside: .

The Wrecks have toured with bands such as All Time Low, SWMRS, The Struts, The Hunna, and Waterparks. Additionally they have opened for Nothing But Thieves, Paramore, and Silversun Pickups notably.

Supporting them in Minneapolis will be Quarters of Change which is a very similar indie rock sound, and Benjamin Carter who falls a little more to the pop side creating a well balanced open for The Wrecks. Don’t miss out on this ticket!
