Thundercat at the Fillmore on 10/27

Written By Nikhil Kumaran

Few artists blur the lines between jazz, funk, soul and R&B like Thundercat. The Grammy-winning bassist, singer and songwriter makes his way to the Fillmore on Tuesday, October 27th in Minneapolis. He’s built a reputation for his virtuosic bass playing, playful lyrics and unmistakable falsetto. Whether he’s delivering intricate jazz-inspired grooves or singing about heartbreak (among other absurdities), Thundercat puts his personality into his music which includes a sense of humor and some serious technical skills on the bass.

Doors open at 7:00 pm.
