Snail Mail & Soccer Mommy Play the Palace Theatre on Oct. 10
The longtime friends and indie-rock favorites are hitting the road together this fall for a co-headlining tour, bringing their dreamy, emotionally charged sounds to St. Paul’s Palace Theatre on October 10.
Led by Lindsey Jordan, Snail Mail has built a career around songwriting from the soul. Following the release of Ricochet, the band is bringing a fresh chapter of their indie-rock catalog to the stage, with Jordan’s unmistakable vocals and guitar work at the center.
Sophie Allison’s Soccer Mommy brings a similarly intimate approach, turning the complicated, messy parts of growing up and moving through life into songs that somehow feel both deeply specific and universally relatable. Her fourth album, Evergreen, continues that tradition with raw, candid songwriting.
The pairing feels particularly fitting given the two artists’ longstanding friendship and the fact that both have carved out careers by making authenticity sound cool.
