Palace Coming to First Ave on Oct. 22!

Indie-Rock band Palace are coming hot off their new album Ox (only just released on Sept. 18th!) to MSP, performing at First Ave with opener Rollo Doherty (known for their band ISLAND), and I am quite excited to hear their newest songs and old ones alike at this show.

Palace blends soundscapes that fill space with hard-hitting lyrics and stories that hit you in all the right spots, so I’m intrigued to hear what they’ve cooked up on their newest album. I’ve been listening to them for a long time, and some of my favorites have remained the same (like Live Well), but they always manage to top themselves with every new release which is always nice to hear from a band, and that constant evolution is what draws me to them a lot of the time. This show is also quite a treat for fans of the band, as they haven’t been back to Minneapolis since 2020, marking a triumphant 6-year return, so don’t miss out on this rare show for us!
