Men I Trust Headed to Minneapolis Uptown Theatre
Dreamy indie-pop trio Men I Trust are bringing their hypnotic sound to Minneapolis this spring, stopping at the Uptown Theater Minneapolis on April 12 as part of their expansive Equus Tour.
Formed in Québec City in 2014, band member Emmanuelle Proulx, Jessy Caron, and Dragos Chiriac, have quietly built one of the most devoted followings in modern indie music. Their sound drifts between dream pop, indie, and soft electropop, pairing warm basslines and shimmering synths with Proulx’s airy vocals to create songs that feel both personal and cinematic, with fan favorites like “Show Me How,” “Lauren,” and “Tailwhip.”
The upcoming tour highlights the band’s newest material, including songs from their 2025 twin-album project Equus Asinus and Equus Caballus, continuing their evolution while staying true to the mellow, groove-driven style fans love.
Men I Trust are known for creating a dreamy atmosphere where audiences sway along to their hazy vibes. With support from indie pop artist Abby Holliday, the Minneapolis stop promises an evening of nostalgic vibes, and the kind of effortlessly cool indie energy that has made the band a quiet force in modern alternative music.
