Jungle Brings Sunshine to the Armory This September

Get ready to dance, Minneapolis! Jungle is bringing its signature blend of funk, soul, electronic, and pop to the Armory on Wednesday, September 9.

The London-based group, founded by childhood friends Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland, has spent more than a decade creating music that invites an at home dance party in your headphones and a group jam on the dance floor. Since their 2014 self-titled debut, Jungle has become known for infectious grooves, and quality production, earning a devoted following along the way.

Their latest feat arrives with Sunshine, the band's fifth studio album, released August 14. The record builds on the shining, dance-forward sound they've developed across albums like Loving in Stereo and Volcano, while bringing a warm, optimistic energy to the mix.

The group's evolution continues beyond the new music, too. Longtime collaborator Lydia Kitto has officially joined Lloyd-Watson and McFarland as a member of the trio, adding another dimension to Jungle's already dynamic live sound.
