Heart to Gold Live at First Avenue 2/27
Minneapolis Indie rock band Heart to Gold is set to play a hometown show at First Avenue on February 27th, 2026 with support from Shes Green, Remo Drive, and WHY NOT. The long awaited H2G show at First Avenue is finally happening in the wake of the release of their third studio album Free Help released in November of 2024. While Heart to Gold is a new band to some, they’ve spent years creating their sound and I truly believe the delivery of their third LP is proof of that. Free Help is the perfect combination of emotive punk, DIY space mindset, and a collection of the band’s experiences the last 7 years. Since the release of Free Help, they’ve hit the road multiple times in addition to their appearance on tours with Sweet Pill and Sleeping with Sirens. They even announced a tour in Japan happening this spring.
Despite the killer lineup of Minneapolis local bands - Heart to Gold took to instagram to share their excitement about playing Minneapolis’s historical venue. Whether you’ve been a fan since the release of Comp in 2018 or just hopped on the bandwagon for the Free Help release - this isn’t a show you’re going to want to miss.
