Alex G, stage alias of Alex Giannascoli, is a prolific singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who built his reputation combining strong melodic sensibilities with a ragged, impulsive-sounding performance style. Regarded as one of the most influential artists of his generation, the release of Alex G’s ninth studio album in 2022, God Save the Animals, was met with critical acclaim across the board, hailed as “a tour de force” (Rolling Stone) and “his most thrilling and playful record yet” (Vanity Fair).
Most recently, Alex composed the original score for the A24 film I Saw The TV Glow, continuing his work with director Jane Schoenbrun, who he previously collaborated with on the 2021 film We’re All Going to the World’s Fair. In 2024, Alex announced his signing to RCA Records.
Nilüfer Yanya is a singer-songwriter from London who released her debut album, Miss Universe, and follow-up LP, PAINLESS, to acclaim from fans and critics alike, including Pitchfork who raved, “Nilüfer Yanya’s melodies have a pull so strong they almost necessitate their own law of physics.”
Miss Universe and PAINLESS both earned rave reviews by Rolling Stone, The Guardian, Dazed, The Independent, Paste, Pitchfork, and the New York Times. Nilüfer released her third LP, My Method Actor, in September 2024, the lead single for which, “Like I Say (I runaway)”, was tipped by both The New York Times and Rolling Stone as one of the “Best Songs of 2024.”
She has performed on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Stephen Colbert, Later with Jools Holland, and NPR’s legendary Tiny Desk as well as supporting Adele, the XX and Mitski, headlining London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire and selling out shows across Europe, Australia, Japan, and North America. Nilüfer has been remixed by Sampha, King Krule, and Little Dragon and has collaborated with Bombay Bicycle Club and Liss.
Nilüfer is also a founding member of the community project Artists In Transit, which takes creative workshops and other support to displaced communities and people in times of hardship.
