Empire of the Sun Bringing Sunshine to Mystic Lake Amphitheater 8/14

Australian electronic duo Empire of the Sun is coming back to Minnesota, this time headlining the new Mystic Lake Amphitheater. Starting in 2007, they hit it big with their debut album Walking on a Dream. This album has been heard by many, bringing them to international fame. Lately, there has been a resurgence of their music due to TikTok and the release of their fourth album Ask That God. The duo most recently released a song tilted “Llego” to close out the FIFA World Cup.

As I have seen Empire of the Sun before, traveling out to Red Rocks in April 2025, I can attest that this band brings the energy to their performances. With the costumes, dancers, and lighting, with the upbeat electronic music, this creates the biggest vibe and greatest time you can have at a concert.
