TWICE Turns St. Paul Into a K-Pop Fever Dream
When TWICE hit Grand Casino Arena, it felt bigger than a tour stop it felt like a moment. The kind Minnesota doesn’t get often. From the second the lights dropped, the arena turned into a sea of light sticks, screams, and pure anticipation.
The group wasted no time. No opener, no slow build just straight into high energy. Backed by a live band and massive production, Fans screaming and the whole arena erupting! TWICE delivered a nonstop set packed with sharp choreography and polished vocals. Tracks like “I Can’t Stop Me” and “Strategy” had the entire crowd locked in, while moments like “Takedown” pushed the energy to it’s peak.
What really set this show apart was the set stage across the arena. Instead of performing at the crowd, TWICE performed with them constantly moving, interacting, and making every section feel seen. Even in a packed arena, it somehow felt personal.
Visually, the show had amazing LED screens, lighting, confetti blasts, it all hit at the right moments without feeling overdone. It elevated the performance instead of distracting from it.
But the real story was the crowd. Minnesota showed up loud. This was my first K-POP concert and I completely understand the fandom. The fans sang every word, matched every move, and brought an energy that I’ve never seen before. It felt like proof that K-POP doesn’t need to skip the Midwest anymore should always return. After a night like this, it’s hard to imagine it being overlooked again.
